Manual - Scan App 

With the scan app you can quickly and easily order products you have in your store. The app works on all devices (laptop, tablet, iPad, mobile). Below are the steps to scan and complete your order.

Step 1 Login

1. Log in to the webshop with your account details.
2. Click the scan icon in the menu to open the scan function.

Scan Options

You have two ways to scan barcodes:

Option A - Use Mobile (camera)

1. Allow the website to use your camera.
2. Point the camera at the product’s barcode.
3. A yellow frame will appear on screen; make sure the barcode fits within this frame.
4. After a successful scan you will hear a beep and the product will appear in your overview.
5. You can now adjust the quantity or remove the item if it was scanned incorrectly.

Option B - Use External Barcode Scanner

1. Connect the barcode scanner to your device (USB) or pair it via Bluetooth with laptop, tablet, or mobile.
2. In the webshop, go to the field Enter your barcode manually.
3. Scan the barcode with the scanner. You will hear a beep and the product will appear in the overview.
4. Adjust the quantity or remove the item if necessary.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

My camera doesn’t work - what now?

• Check if your browser has permission to use the camera.
• Try reloading the page and grant permission again when prompted.
• On iOS/Android: check in the device settings if the browser has access to the camera.

The scanner gives no input - what can I do?

• Check if the scanner is properly connected (USB or Bluetooth) and switched on.
• Make sure the cursor is in the input field Enter your barcode manually before scanning.
• Check if the scanner is set to the correct keyboard or HID profile (if applicable).

No beep sound when scanning

The beep is an audio signal from the scanner or browser. If you don’t hear any sound, check your device’s volume or the scanner’s settings.

Tips for Fast and Reliable Scanning

• Ensure there is enough light when scanning with the camera.
• Hold the camera steady and align the barcode fully within the frame.
• Whenever possible, use an external scanner for extra speed when handling large quantities.
• Always quickly check the shopping cart before checkout to avoid mistakes.
